If you wish to make any alterations to your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Alterations may incur extra charges. In case of cancellations, charges will apply depending on when the cancellation occurs, ranging from deposit forfeiture to 100% of the total cost.
Refund from cancellation or modification as per airline/supplier conditions apply. For refund eligible, it may take about 1 to 6 months to process the request, according to the airline/supplier. An administrative fee may be applicable on refund, please check accordingly.
Al Zowar Travel is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses resulting from using the website or services. Our liability is limited to a maximum of £100, except in cases of negligence leading to injury or fraudulent actions.

All advance bookings require full payment before the specified due date. Payments made via credit card will attract a surcharge as determined by the type of card used. Any payments received after the specified due date will automatically be subject to cancellation.
Al Zowar Travel reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and you agree to the revised terms by continuing to use the website.
We will make every effort to accommodate special requests, such as dietary restrictions or room preferences. However, we cannot guarantee these requests will be fulfilled, and failure to do so will not be considered a breach of contract.
You and your party are expected to behave respectfully while using our services. If any guest’s behavior causes harm or distress to others, we reserve the right to terminate their arrangements without a refund.

Booking fees may apply according to the service provider. Booking fees will be communicated to you at the moment of booking
Your travel documents, such as flight tickets and vouchers, will typically be sent 7 days before departure. Sometimes, you may need to be collected at the airport if the booking is made within 14 days of departure.
Refund requests are processed within 1-6 months, depending on the airline’s policies. If issues arise, such as an unused ticket or a failed refund, please contact us promptly for assistance.
Confirm your reservation 72 hours before flying to prevent cancellations or schedule changes. The inability to reconfirm your booking might attract additional fees or hassles.
