This was a very memorable Umrah for me…
This was a very memorable Umrah for me and my wife. This was mainly due to the good planning and support by Ahmed who ensured that we were well informed at every stage.
The hotels in Makkah and Medinah were excellent. Both were literally 2 minutes away from each Haram. Hotel staff were respectful and helpful in every aspect. Taxi transfers were on time with professional drivers. Ahmed had the courtesy to contact me throughout my journey to check that things were ok. Hamza was our main contact and he was amazing. Allahumubarik he communicated with us constantly and was always checking in. He ensured all of our questions were answered and often within the hour. Even when we requested adding an additional bed to one of the rooms last minute he sorted it for us. Choosing Al-Zowar travel was one of the main reasons our Ummrah trip was amazing. A fantastic experience all round.

Mustafa was extremely helpful from the beginning. He never hesitated to repeatedly iterate on the details of the package and would always reply within minutes - I can’t fault his attention to detail and all round customer service, even at the inquiry stage when we were not customers yet.

Once booked, he kept in touch very often and provided consistent updates with regards to the Visa and other miscellaneous details. Everything was taken care for us in terms of bookings/transportation etc… This allowed us to focus less on the logistics of the Umrah and more on the actual experience.

We booked our Umrah package (including hotels) with Ms. Wardah, and her service and support were excellent. She literally travelled with us every step of the way through her constant follow-up and unconditional support.
She arranged a great package with 5-star hotels in Madinah (Movenpick) and Makkah (Swissôtel). Both hotels were very close to the Haram and shopping areas, and we had great support at every stage of our journey. She also organised Ziyarah and travel arrangements at very good prices, and we felt our blessed journey was peaceful and well-managed thanks to her.
